JOB TITLE: Engineering Supervisor

GENERAL SUMMARY: Supervise CAD Department

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Design and draft systems
  
• Network with all departments within company
  
• Supervise CAD personnel
  
• Responsible for on-time delivery of product
  
• Train personnel to meet job requirements
  
• Schedule all jobs within the CAD department
  
• Take corrective action as necessary to minimize errors/incompleteness
  
• Ensure the corporate drafting standards are followed
  
• Update staff on Thursday
  
• Coordinate/Maintain Thursday drafting standards meetings. Publish all information from meeting (create meeting minutes).
  
• Comply and train all individuals on related ISO procedures
  
• Non-standard work hours required
  
  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  
• Must work well with people
  
• Must have the ability to manage self and others
  
• Good understanding of AutoCad
  
• Be motivational in the department
  
• Should fully understand mechanical and electrical aspects of our business
  
• Should have technical experience with all products that Sabah International distributes
  
  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  
• B.S.E.E./M.E. or equivalent experience in Supervisory/Management/Leadership Training
